Accommodation Fee

Please pay the accommodation fee in cash at check-in.
We do not use credit card payments or various electronic payments in order to provide the lowest possible rates.

As an exception, for totally 6 beds or more, e.g. 2 people – 3 nights, please pay the accommodation fee in advance via PayPal. Please check here for more details.

Private Room

without meals, 1 night, tax included

Private Room for 2 people	7,400 yen / room
Private Room for 4 people	14,800 yen / room
Private Room for 6 people	22,200 yen / room

Include tax: Staying overnight without meals.
Our hostel has just one private room for two people. And dormitory rooms can be reserved as private quadruple rooms if there is no other guest’s reservation.
Please contact us for accommodation for groups of five or more.

Dormitory

without meals, 1 night, tax included

Female Dormitory	3,200 yen / person
Mixed Dormitory	3,200 yen / person

Include tax: Staying overnight without meals.
The group might not be able to stay in the same dormitory room depending on the situation.
Children can not stay in these dormitory rooms.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation: Please contact us 3 days before your arrival.

From 2 days before your arrival date, the following charges will be incurred due to cancellation.

2 days before	30% of the accommodation fee
1 day before	50% of the accommodation fee
On the day / No show	100% of the accommodation fee

Change of reservation date: The following changing fee will be incurred in addition to the accommodation fee.

2 days before – on the day	Add 30% of the accommodation fee

【Exception】Group or extended-stay

Payments of the accommodation fee for totally 6 beds or more, e.g. 3 people – 2 nights, must be prepaid. Group and extended-stay should be combined into one-reservation.

It is a tentative reservation until payment is completed. Completion of payment means confirmation of this reservation. If payment cannot be confirmed by the specified date, the tentative reservation will be cancelled. After canceling, we do not accept re-booking with the same contents.

After payment is completed (reservation confirmed), the following charges will be incurred due to cancellation.

Payment to 2 weeks before	30% of accommodation fee
to 1 week before	50% of accommodation fee
to 2 days before	70% of accommodation fee
The day before / On the day / No show	100% of accommodation fee
